“The Situation” is Going Solo

These days, it's just a matter of who isn't getting a "Jersey Shore" spin-off show (we're looking at you, Ronnie).

Variety is reporting that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino - whose memorable solo outings including bombing hard at the Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump - will be the next fist-pumper to get his own series.

MTV has already announced deals for shows starring Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, and Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio.

In a statement, "The Situation" expressed his excitement for the new series in the most pun-laden way possible.

"I'm excited to continue my relationship with MTV, which has been home for me for the last couple of years," Sorrentino said. "I'm really grateful for all the support from my fans. Hopefully, there will be plenty more situations in the future."

No details have been revealed about the show, but judging from Sorrentino's vast repertoire - he can gym, he can tan, he can do laundry - the possibilities are endless.
