Trump Looks to Refocus His Presidency in Address to Congress

With his first address to Congress, President Donald Trump has an opportunity to refocus his young administration on the economic issues that helped him get elected. His allies hope it will help him move beyond the distractions and self-inflicted wounds that he has dealt with so far. "All I can do is speak from the heart and say what I want to do," Trump said in an interview that aired early Tuesday on Fox. The White House said Trump has been gathering ideas for the prime-time speech from the series of listening sessions he's been holding with law enforcement officials, union representatives, coal miners and others. Chopper 4 was over the scene and exclusively captured the arrest.  The suspect, Jimmy Alvardo, has a history of 31 arrests dating back to 1987, authorities said. He was on parole for his most recent conviction of hitting an officer.  In September 2006, he hit a uniformed officer while driving, and the cop was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital with a leg injury, officials said.  He's also failed to answer summonses for vehicle infractions 115 times,
