Whitney Houston Enters Rehab

She once claimed "the party's over" after a rehab stint in 2004. Well, maybe not.

The 47 year-old singer has entered an out-patient drug and alcohol treatment program, according to People. A representative for Houston says that she did so "voluntarily."

"Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment," an official statement read. "Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."

This announcement comes as Whitney's 18 year-daughter with singer Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown, battles allegations she was photographed at a party doing drugs.

Houston has not been keeping a low profile during her recovery process, however. She was onstage last week with Chaka Khan during a Prince concert in Los Angeles.
