Miranda Lambert Wins Big at Country Awards

Miranda Lambert won big at the Academy of Country Music Awards Sunday night, taking home statuettes for Top Female Vocalist, Single of the Year, Song of the Year and Video of the Year for "The House That Built Me."

Lambert beat out show co-host Reba McEntire, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Lee Ann Womack for Top Female Vocalist.

Top Male Vocalist went to Brad Paisley, beating out Keith Urban, George Strait, co-host Blake Shelton and Jason Aldean. In his acceptance speech, he thanked his dog.

Until the very last award, it looked like Taylor Swift was going to go home empty-handed. Just in time, she won Entertainer of the Year, selected by fans.

Lady Antebellum won a pair of awards: Top Vocal Group and Album of the Year, for "Need You Now." Band member Charles Kelley was glad not to have a certain competitor.

"Thank you, Miranda Lambert, for winning this last year and not being in the category this year!" Kelley said.

Robert Pattinson, Reese Witherspoon (and her Louisiana accent), Donny and Marie Osmond, and Rihanna (wearing white fringe) all made appearances.
