Actor Max Ryan, who plays Samantha Jones' love interest in "Sex and The City 2," is stable after a head-on collision while riding his motorcycle in Los Angeles on Monday, a rep for the actor confirmed to AccessHollywood.com.
According to rep Erik Kritzer, a car turned in front of Max and they ran into each, leaving Max trapped under the car.
"Max is stabilized," his rep told Access on Wednesday. "According to attending physicians, he has broken five ribs and cracked his collarbone. Max wants to thank the emergency services for responding so quickly."
His rep said the accident shouldn't keep Max from any upcoming appearance for "Sex and The City 2," which hits theaters on May 27.
"We do not expect any interference on Max's work schedule," the rep continued. "He just needs a little time to heal."
Ryan's previous film credits include "Death Race," "The Box" and "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen."
