Celebrity chef Sandra Lee says she will undergo reconstructive surgery on Thursday, which she expects to be the final procedure as a breast-cancer survivor.
The 49-year-old Food Network star said on her Facebook page Tuesday that the "final phase" of surgery will be performed on the one-year anniversary of her double-mastectomy.
"For these past months, I have let my body heal and calm," she wrote. "So now it's time take my last visit (fingers crossed!) to the operating table."

Lee announced in September that doctors had declared her cancer-free after the double-mastectomy.
The "Semi-Homeade Cooking" star had to undergo additional surgeries last summer due to complications and a fluid buildup.
"It's been a very long year," she told NBC 4 New York on Wednesday. "There've been a lot of bumps and a lot of setbacks, but I'm looking forward to having it done... and I'll be 50 this summer, so I want everything done by the time I'm 50."

Lee has become an advocate for routine mammograms.
She learned of her diagnosis during the routine procedure, and she has encouraged women to get screened and has become an ambassador for the charity Stand Up To Cancer.
Lee has been dating New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for several years and the pair share a home in Westchester. The governor was photographed in the hospital with Lee after the procedure and for her follow-up surgeries.
"I am grateful and blessed to complete the end of a story and I can never thank you enough for supporting me through it," she wrote to her well-wishers on Facebook.
