Pottermore's Patronus Test is finally here.

Harry Potter fans are flippin' the freak out on social media and it's been trending on Facebook, Twitter and everything ever. J.K. Rowling revealed the test on her Twitter account Thursday, and the crowd went wild.

If you have a Pottermore account (and if you don't you can make one), just log on and follow the prompts to find out your Patronus. Honestly, how long have you been waiting to know this life changing piece of information?

Rowling revealed her own Patronus, explaining on Twitter, "I took the @pottermore test (which I wrote) ages ago when it was a work in progress and got a pine marten Patronus. I was happy because my fondness for weaselly creatures is well documented. However, when we finalized the @pottermore test last week, I took it again and found that it had changed (which, as we know, can happen). My new Patronus has personal associations, and I like it even better." In case you're wondering, "It's a heron," she tweeted.

You can watch the reveal in the clip.

Here's how it works; the questions (which aren't actually questions, but rather it's more of a word association) are timed, and you can only take the test once. You're directed to "feel" the answer instead of thinking too hard about it. You'll be presented with a series of words, which you'll have to choose from right away. When we took the test, we got words like "Black" "Grey" and "White," for example.

After you answer a few of those sets, your Patronus will appear, sparkling in the night. It's crazy majestic, you guys. Once you discover your protector, you can share it to social media, because why do anything at all if you can't tell everyone you did?
