Nick Cannon Dances in 24-Hour Red Nose Day Danceathon

Nick Cannon wouldn't stop dancing during a recent interview with E! News--for a great cause!

On Wednesday, the 34-year-old America's Got Talent host and radio DJ began a 24-hour danceathon to raise funds as part of NBC's first Red Nose Day TV comedy benefit. Proceeds are set to go to 12 charities who work to help impoverished children.

Cannon showed E! News' Alicia Quarles some sweet moves, saying, "I'm a man of a lot of energy!" (Watch the video above: Warning: Contains NSFW language.)

He also talked about his and ex Mariah Carey's 4-year-old twins. son Moroccan and daughter Monroe.

"My kids are amazing and they love to dance and we're always dancing," he told Quarles. "When you're a father and you have children of your own, you want to do so much more for the children of the world."

Cannon, who does get to stop dancing for the odd, five-minute break (hey, nature calls...) also showcased his dance moves on NBC's Today show on Thursday morning, hours before the special airs.

"I can't feel my legs!" he said on the program.
