“Mitt in the Mirror” With Mitt Romney & Jimmy Fallon

Mitt Romney finally revealed why he isn’t running in 2016, ending his presidential aspirations.

The 2012 Republican presidential candidate stopped by "The Tonight Show" Wednesday and chatted with Jimmy Fallon about the 2016 election and revealed that his 2-year-old grandson is training him for the Evander Holyfield charity fight.

Romney will be squaring off against the former heavyweight boxing champion on May 15 for Charity Vision’s “Fight Night” in Salt Lake City. Charity Vision is a non-profit organization that focuses on restoring curable sight impairment worldwide.

“It’s going to be a very quick battle,” Romney joked.

Having officially bowed out of the GOP race in January, the former Governor of Massachusetts was free to crack jokes about President Obama’s golf game, Hillary Clinton’s emails and his own presidential bid loss when he spoke to his “reflection” before sitting down with Fallon.

Fallon, pretending to be Romney in the “reflection” asked the real Mitt if he was ready for big interview.

“Well, actually I’m a little nervous," Romney admitted. "Jimmy is probably going to ask me why I didn’t run for president. What should I say?”

“Just tell him you enjoy the freedom. You get to sit back, relax, golf all the time, go on vacation whenever you want,” Fallon said as Mitt's reflection.

“AKA, be president?” Romney quipped.

Romney’s reflection, worried about the Holyfield charity fight, wanted some assurance that they weren’t crazy for taking on a heavyweight champion. The real Romney reminded the reflection that it was all in good fun. After all, he said, "what’s the worst that can happen?”

“That’s true, I guess it’s not the first time we lose to a black guy,” replied “reflection” Romney.
