The New York City restaurant owned in part by actor and former NSYNC frontman Justin Timberlake has said "bye, bye, bye," to a "grade pending" rating from the city's health inspectors.

Southern Hospitality tweeted a photo of an "A" grade sign posted to the glass outside the Hell's Kitchen eatery on Tuesday evening, days after several outlets reported that the barbeque restaurant had been cited for several violations on July 14.

City health inspectors slapped the restaurant with a grade pending rating after finding critical violations including "evidence of mice" and "food contact surface not properly washed, rinsed and sanitized after each use," according to the city's restaurant grade database.

As of Tuesday, the city's database still listed Southern Hospitality with a "grade pending" rating, but the restaurant confirmed to NBC 4 New York that its rating had been updated to an "A".

A "grade pending" means the restaurant received either a "B" or "C" grade, and the restaurant can either post the grade or leave a "grade pending" card in its window until it can present its case at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings Health Tribunal.

Timberlake retweeted the restaurant's tweet yesterday, along with several triumphant emojis.
