Charlie Sheen revealed on the "Today" show Tuesday morning he was diagnosed with HIV and said he informed ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller in 2011.

The "Two and a Half Men" star also said he told any and all partners of his diagnosis prior to engaging in sexual acts with them. But ex-girlfriend Bree Olson, who Sheen had called a "goddess," said that wasn't true. She claimed on "The Howard Stern Show" that she had no idea.

"He doesn't even value my life...if someone goes without knowing, and there's plenty of girls I'm sure he's had in his life where they don't go get tested regularly like I do with the types of lives that they lead," said Olson, who said she had high-risk sex with Sheen, who used lambskin condoms.

"When it turns into AIDS then it turns into a whole different ballgame," she said.

Host Howard Stern asked her if she's going to confront him about the news, but Olson said she has been too upset to focus on anything.

"I haven't even thought about anything, but all I know right now is now because of him anytime someone hears my name they think of HIV right next to it," she said.

In response to her interview, Sheen's manager tells E! News that the actor was not HIV-positive at the time of their relationship.

"Bree Olsen was with Charlie in March and April of 2011 when he fired her from the [Violent Torpedo of Truth] tour," Mark Burg said in a statement to E! News. "Charlie was not HIV positive at that time and tested negative two times after he got back from the tour."

"He didn't tell her because he wasn't HIV positive at the time. He has not spoken to her since April 2011."

Sheen told Matt Lauer that since his diagnosis he has had unprotected sex with only two women, but insisted they were seeking medical attention to make sure everything was safe.

"The two people that I did it with were under the care of my doctor and they were completely warned ahead of time," Sheen explained.

He also insisted that everybody he encountered sexually had been informed.

In response to his revelation, Mueller released a statement regarding her own health status. "Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family," her spokesperson, Steve Honig, told E! News. "To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV positive."

E! News also learned that Richards and her children, Sam Sheen and Lola Sheen, are all HIV negative.

Sheen said he told his oldest daughter Cassandra just recently because he didn't want to burden her with stress. "It hit her hard but she recovered, but she's tough like her dad," he said.

"She was a rock star about it."
