Tiger Woods is taking a beating from Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh.

Still embroiled in his own personal scandal, is Tiger Woods helping the people of Haiti?

Hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons Tweeted on Wednesday that the embattled golfer, who has stayed out of the public eye since being rocked by a cheating scandal, is "doing something AMAZING!!!!"

"I heard tiger woods donating to send a cargo plane with a mobile hospital out there. Keep ur prayers high!" Russell Tweeted.

A rep for Russell confirmed the Tweets belonged to the hip-hop mogul.

Stars ranging from Wyclef Jean to George Clooney to Coldplay are speaking out and raising money for victims of the 7.0 earthquake that rocked the island nation earlier this week.

Tiger news has been scarce in recent weeks, though wife Elin Nordegren has been spotted out and about in Windermere, Florida. Last year, he was alleged to have conducted affairs with a number of women before admitting to "infidelity" and taking an indefinite leave of absence from golf.
