Pregnant Kelly Rutherford Files For Divorce

“Gossip Girl” actress Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce from her husband – while pregnant with the couple’s second child.
According to People, the star is splitting from German businessman Daniel Giersch due to “irreconcilable differences.” She reportedly filed for divorce on December 30, 2008, with Daniel filing for legal separation the same day.

The marriage is the actress’ second.
The couple has a two-year-old son, Hermes, and is expecting a second child in June. A rep for Kelly announced her pregnancy earlier in December.

Kelly, also known for her role as Megan Lewis Mancini on “Melrose Place,” plays mom Lily van der Woodsen on The CW’s “Gossip Girl,” which returns on Monday after a holiday hiatus.
