Lindsay Lohan is being sued over unpaid bills at a LA boutique.

Lindsay Lohan is set to star in a new court drama.

A pricey Los Angeles boutique sued the 23-year-old starlet Wednesday for allegedly defrauding them of nearly $17,000 worth of clothing, jewelry and accessories, E! News reported.

Tough as Nails LLC owners David Malvaney and Rodney Burns accuse the actress in court documents of shelling out just $180 dollars for goods purchased over a three-month period that began last November.

At the time, the “Mean Girls” star allegedly said that her business manager would “take care” of the bill and the shop's owners acquiesced because of her "well known status as a movie actress with substantial income."

But Lohan “had no intention of causing her business manager to pay the entire balance,” Malvaney and Burns claim in their complaint.

A rep for Lohan did not respond to E!’s request for comment.

News of Lohan’s latest legal skirmish comes a week after a Los Angeles judge ordered the troubled actress back to court in late July to face questions in a civil suit resulting from a 2007 car chase that ended with Lohan serving 84 minutes in jail.

Lohan is also set to return to court July 6, where the judge in her criminal case will decide whether Lohan violated the terms of her probation by missing a May hearing.

If so, Lohan reportedly faces up to six months behind bars.
