Following the tragic death of two stage crew members in Marseille, France on Thursday, Madonna honored the men during her concert in Udine, Italy the same night.
"Before I continue the show I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and pay tribute to two people who lost their lives today," Madonna told the crowd in Udine as seen on video posted on Radar Online. "You may have heard of it… When they were building my show in Marseille, where we're going next…we don't know why, but one of the cranes fell… Two men lost their lives, it was a great tragedy to me."
