"Rush Hour" star Chris Tucker is on the verge of losing his multimillion-dollar central Florida mansion to foreclosure, according to reports.
Tucker, 39, owes over $4.4 million to SunTrust Bank on the 10,000-square-foot waterfront house on Lake Apopka, according to foreclosure papers obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.
The "Friday" and "Money Talks" funnyman bought the home for $6 million in 2007. It features five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa in the master suite and a basement designed like a pirate ship with a wooden deck, mast and sail.
The home is in the Bella Collina development, a 1,900-acre community that boasts a championship golf course. Lake County's property appraiser has the mansion listed with an assessed value of $1.6 million.
The IRS imposed a $11.5 million lien on the house last year in an effort to collect federal income taxes from Tucker, according to the Sentinel.
Tucker's Hollywood representatives didn't immediately return calls seeking comment by The Associated Press.
