It's a big day in the celebrity boxing world.

On Saturday night, Benji Madden took down former MTV host Riki Rachtman, according to People.

The Good Charlotte rocker only needed a minute and 40 seconds to knock down his opponent three times at the Las Vegas celebrity boxing bout, after which the referee ended the fight.

"Benji Madden just kicked my ass," Riki admitted after the fight. "I got wasted by the guy in Good Charlotte."

In further celebrity boxing news, the New York Post reported on Sunday that Michelle "Bombshell" McGee – the first alleged mistress to come forward linked to Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James – will referee a celeb match between adult film star Gina Lynn and Hailey Glassman – ex-girlfriend of reality dad Jon Gosselin.

The match is scheduled for May 7 at the Polaris Club in Philadelphia.

Hailey herself refereed a Celebrity Boxing Federation match in December 2009.
