Our advice to today's shoppers: make a bee-line for Rachel Comey, Vena Cava, and the vintage section. In the vintage section especially, we spotted two girls who'd snapped up two Oscar de la Renta dresses for under $200, so there are incredible deals to be had there for those who have the patience to rummage while also being surrounded by booths packed with spectacular names.
