Electric Feathers provides a winning collection for understated glamazons in both city and country. Muted colors on gauzy cottons in deconstructed and flowing silhouettes give off a "Virgin Suicides" aura but are just smart and simple enough to throw on and go. Designer Leena Zuniga has also mastered summer black, layering ultra-thin, nearly sheer layers on casual jumpsuits and sundresses for a hot summer's day and right into night.
The Williamsburg-based designer stocks her pieces online and in select boutiques nationwide, including some of the city's best, and also does special orders upon request.
