Weekend Sample Sales & Deals

This weekend's offerings include sample sales on Helmut Lang and Rachel Leigh, deals at Honey in the Rough boutique, an indie designer blowout, and more.

HELMUT LANG

Nothing's cooler than Helmut Lang, except, maybe Helmut Lang discounted up to 70 percent.  Now's the time to stock up on spare separates.

139 Fifth Avenue: June 11-13.  Today, 8am-8pm; Saturday-Sunday, 10am-6pm.

SPRING SUMMER STUDIO SALE

Darling Fort Greene sets the backdrop for darling labels from Mociun to Sunshine & Shadow to Lena Corwin to go for equally darling prices marked down from 10-90 percent.  To boot, Daily Candy said there'll be pickles, too.

218 Adelphi Street: June 12, 12-5pm.

RACHEL LEIGH

If jewelry's your thing, the Rachel Leigh sale's certainly your game.  The designer's wearable costume baubles will go for $5-$50.  That's right, we said five dollars - holla!

252 West 38th Street: June 14-16, 10am-5:30pm.

Y-3

One of fashion's early collaborations that married style and sport (Yohji Yamamoto and Adidas, specifically), goes on sale.  Merch from spring 2009 and before will be marked down up to 90 percent, which is, as we like to say, practically free.

610 Broadway: June 15-17, 10am-6pm.

TUCKER, CRUMLEY & WEK1933 BY ALEK WEK

Get threads from a printmaster (Tucker), bling by some pretty cool Texans (Crumley) and handbags created by a model with killer taste (Wek 1933) for half price at this all-encompassing sale.

413 West 14th Street: June 14-15.  Monday, 10am-8pm; Tuesday, 9am-7pm.

GILES & BROTHER BY PHILIP CRANGI

We're only mildly obsessed with Philip Crangi (and his jewelry is just grand, too), so it's marked in pen on the calendar when his Giles & Brother line goes on sale for up to 75 percent off original prices.  For instance, bangles that normally cost $125 will go for $50.

147 West 29th Street: June 16-17, 11am-6:30pm.

SHOSHANNA & ANLO

Make it a sexy-sweet summer with Shoshanna's unbeatable girly dresses and separates an Anlo's sublimely wearable, hot tops, rompers and such.  Bikinis have been slashed (in price, not tush-coverage) $100 to a measly $65, $200 jeans are going for $90 and $350 dresses for $150.

231 West 39th Street: June 16-17. Wednesday, 10am-6:30pm; Thursday, 10am-5:30pm.

NATORI

Mother always told us that nice nighties are a must, so we'll be stocking up on Natori's lingerie and sleep stuff for sure.  Premium goods are going for as low as $5 and topping out at $50.

102 Madison Avenue: June 16-17. Wednesday, 10am-7pm; Thursday, 10am-4pm

BEN-AMUN BY ISAAC MANEVITZ

The most beautiful word in the English language is wholesale. That said, exotic statement costume jewelry going on sale for prices at and below said sweet spot is like music to our ears.

246 West 38th Street: June 16-17, 12-7pm.

SKIN, ERICA TANOV & LAYLA

Remember AUTO? Next week re-opens the uber-chic shop for three boutique designers to hold a joint sale.  Skin, Erica Tanov and Layla all have inventory they're selling at wholesale and below, so make it a point to hit up the Highline and do some shopping on the way.

805 Washington Street: June 16-18, 9am-7pm.

HONEY IN THE ROUGH

Living up to its name, HITR is putting its spring stock up for sale for 20-50 percent off original prices.  Clothing, accessories and some jewelry from the shop's cracker jack labels including Mociun, Samantha Pleet, Thread Social, Alexandre Herchcovitch, Peter Jensen and more will all make an appearance.

161 Rivington Street: June 16-July 4.

VENA CAVA

No rest for the weary or Vena Cava.  Right on the heels of the ladies' pretty-funny garage sale comes the very-serious sample sale.  Dresses normally priced at $450-$500 are marked down to $175, while samples and one-offs go for $40.

457 Broome Street, Buzzer #3: June 17-19.  Thursday-Friday, 11am-7pm; Saturday, 11am-5pm
