Both parties have been hot to trot on the collabo circuit of late and now, Ugg & Jimmy Choo will produce a limited-edition collection of wildly expensive bedazzled shearling boots.
The only details we've gotten thus far are that the boots will basically be Uggs with characteristic Jimmy Choo "design details", and will retail in the (rather egregious) range of $595-$795.
Both brands, as we said, are no stranger to collaboration: In December, Ugg Australia held a charity auction featuring styles from high end designers Manolo Blahnik, Rebecca Minkoff and others, and Jimmy Choo, of course, recently saw its capsule collection for H&M go flying off the shelves. However, it'll be interesting to see, first of all, what these boots will look like and second, who will buy them. Jimmy Choo founder and president Tamara Mellon, for one, wears only Jimmy Choos and Uggs exclusively.
