Take a few hours from the weekend's lineup of Halloween-related revelries to check out MOVE! a series of performances and installations, hosted by 14 fashion designers and artists at MoMA's PS1 outpost in Long Island City.
The event promises to be a crazy medley of art-meets-fashion, with an impressive roster at its helm. Designers include Diane von Furstenberg, Marc Jacobs, Italo Zucchelli of Calvin Klein Collection, Rodarte, Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler, Adam Kimmel, Narciso Rodriguez, American Apparel, Robert Geller, Lizzie Fitch, Cynthia Rowley, Ohne Titel and TELFAR, all of whom have teamed up with various artists working with different mediums on collaborative installations.
MOVE! runs October 30-31, 12-6pm at PS1, 22-25 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City. Suggested admission is $10.
