The ice skating rink at Bryant Park is officially closed, and the massive park lot bellying up to 6th Avenue awaits its next resident: the grand tents of fashion week's final hurrah. Kind of gives one chills, no?
To be fair, we're sure Lincoln Center's Damrosch Park will afford plenty of luxury and intrigue -- especially with Winston-Wolkoff running the show -- but we've grown accustomed to the ebb and flow around Bryant Park, from the lights of the holiday market to the circus-like construction of the epic white tents in February and September. Between the coffee at Le Pain Quotidien and sneaking a Corona at the Chipotle on 42nd, Bryant Park, we shall miss thee.
