Kicking off this weekend, the Kings County General Store will offer a slew of wares from local vendors, including Aaron Ruff's jewelry, vintage from Eponymy, and sweets from Patsy's Butter Cookies.

The monthly market at Southpaw is quirky addition to other artist-driven markets in the borough like the Brooklyn Flea, presenting more than 30 Brooklyn-based artists the opportunity to showcase their wares and create a monthly happening of sorts for the community.

In addition to the fashion offerings -- which run the gamut from jewelry from Dirty Librarian Chains and Mifflin to H Fredricksson dresses and jumpsuits, the monthly event will also feature Tonky Wall Graphics, Owl + Olive stationary, Morris Kitchen syrups, and more. For a full list of vendors, take a peek at the General Store's website.

As an added bonus, the first 50 shoppers to shop up this Sunday get free admission and a goodie bag stuffed with locally sourced goods.
