Spotted outside Rippers (Far Rockaway's new burger stand opened by the owners of Brooklyn's beloved Roberta's): a super-stylish hamburger-eater, soaking up the sun in an outfit that looked straight out of 1977.

Flavia Cardoso was the lovely epicure's name, and her ensemble -- a fabulous H&M find -- was one of the best on the beach.

"I try not to have any particular style and just go with the flow," explains Flavia, who was sporting a Rebecca Minkoff satchel and white Chloe sunglasses with her tiered maxi dress.

Asked to spill her shopping secrets, Flavia claims she's a devoted vintage collector -- "I always go to Beacon's," apparently the official shopping haven for all street stylistas -- but in general tries not to overthink it.

"I like to keep my look simple and easy," she explains. As we learned, nothing looks better on a breezy boardwalk.
