Sonia Rykiel Pour H&M Launches This Weekend

Following a smashing success with lingerie in December 2009, Sonia Rykiel Pour H&M will return for a second capsule collection, this time bringing the luxury French house to the masses - women and children - in the form of sassy knits

Under the savvy direction of Nathalie Rykiel, daughter of the company's eponymous founder, the knitwear line for H&M encompasses dresses, sweaters and jumpsuits boasting easy, chic shapes in hot colors and a boost of graphic oomph - exactly the intuitive, likable-but-luxe appeal the brand's woven into its clothing from the start.  The beauty this time, of course, are the mid-market prices for the chic-minded shopper on a real-person's budget.

The collection goes on sale today, and after its lingerie prequel that flew off the shelves and a star-studded party to launch the line last month, we're recommending getting there soon (or, now) to get a shot at the goods.
