The citywide event's third installment will also coincide with the first day of New York's Spring 2012 Fashion Week, which is good news for editors, designers, and just about anyone else involved in the fashion industry, as they'll need plenty of energy for the late-night shopping and social extravaganza.
Stores are invited to already begin registering, while zealous early-birds can get updates via Twitter.
