Amid the hustle and bustle of New York Fashion Week, details have started to trickle in about Kanye West's long-rumored fashion debut, including an official slot at Paris Fashion Week and a new creative lead.
On Tuesday, Harper's Bazaar Australia -- which was also the first to report that West was readying a fashion week debut for a fashion line back in July -- reported that West had actually secured an official time slot during Paris Fashion Week on October 1.
While many editors on Wednesday were debating the news in between collections in New York, Vogue UK then confirmed on Thursday that West had, in fact, hired a London-based designer as one of his creative leads: Katie Eary. The magazine also reported that West had initially planned to show during New York Fashion Week, but had postponed the presentation.
