This fall, Ralph Lauren will add to its portfolio of New York stores an 8,000-square-foot duplex space at the corner of Prince and Greene Streets in Soho, formerly occupied by Replay.

WWD reports that the massive corner space marks Ralph Lauren's continued proliferation downtown - the designer already occupies five other boutiques in Soho, Nolita and the Village.  Each location is dedicated to a different sector of the brand, whether it be Rugby, men's, women's, children or Polo, but there's no word yet on what line will be dedicated to the Prince Street store.

Between heavy hitters DVF and Ralph Lauren set to open this year, as well as well-regarded indie brands like Jerome Dreyfuss (now open) and Isabel Marant (coming soon) setting up shop next door to one another on Broome Street, Soho really seems to be coming back.
