Gary Graham's Fall 2010 presentation at MAC & Milk Studios.

Gary Graham's moody, feminine dresses have long been a coveted boutique find in New York, and with a new e-commerce launch, the designer is bringing his unique aesthetic to the masses.

Outside of his boutique in Tribeca, Graham's pieces can sometimes seem few and far between: Albertine in the west village and Jumelle in Williamsburg carry his goods, for example, but neither boasts a comprehensive collection, and some of Graham's pieces are limited-edition (or even one-of-a-kind), so it can be difficult to sift through Graham's collections in one sitting.

Gary Graham discusses his inspirations -- Rochester, a delinquent David Bowie (our favorite kind), and glam aliens -- backstage at his Fall 2010 presentation at M.A.C. & Milk studios. (Published Monday, Feb 15, 2010)

With Graham's new shoppable site, however, it seems that the boutique secret long prized by so many locals is now decidedly out in the open. The online shop is packed with the designer's signature dresses -- from wispy printed styles to slinky silk pieces, as well as romantic jackets like a washed wool poncho-inspired style. There's even a section for some of Graham's dark belts -- from a corset to a three-buckle style.
