As the spouse of English artist Damien Hirst, you could say designer Maia Norman knows better than anyone that art and fashion are a marriage made in heaven. For the past five seasons, her UK-based label, Mother of Pearl, has collaborated with some of the art world's most exciting talents (Keith Tyson and Jim Lambie not least among them), repurposing and resizing their distinctive patterns and design signatures for sporty ready-to-wear creations.
