As much as the fashion set loves a glorious look coming down the runway, it also secretly loves a good spill, and it got one last night at Christian Siriano's show.

As usual, Siriano's looks were glamorous and over-the-top, as were the shows -- spikey, towering concoctions that happened to be the designer's Fall offerings for Payless. Alas, for one model, they proved her undoing.
