The First Lady has arguably made the careers of quite a few fashion notables, and now she's making a local vintage boutique's day by wearing a vintage frock she purchased on the Christmas in Washington special, set to be televised tonight.
The dress -- a '50s silhouette in on-trend black lace, wouldn't you know -- was purchased at New York Vintage in Chelsea, and apparently it won't be the last dress from the store she wears. The last time we got this excited about a local store making good on a national stage was when Julia Roberts wore a vintage dress she bought at Frock NYC to the Golden Globes. [The Feast NY]
