Tickets are on sale now for Lucky Shops, the magazine's seventh annual discount designer bazaar, taking place Thursday, November 4 through Saturday, November 6. Hilary Duff is headlining the VIP kick-off party that Thursday night—and we'll have two tickets to win.
Hosted at the Metropolitan Pavilion, the edited selection of designer brands will be discounted up to 70 percent off on clothing, handbags, jewelry, accessories—basically, the works. More than 60 designers are represented in the mix. Lucky's new editor-in-chief Brandon Holley (formely of Jane) tell us she'll be on hand, and buying too: "I plan to do a lot of holiday shopping while I’m there, I like to spoil the women I love—my mom, my sister, my friends—so I hope to find some really great stuff. I usually do most of my shopping ahead of time, I can’t take the stress of messy, busy, picked-over merch at malls on Christmas Eve.”
In addition to major markdowns on some truly stellar brands, there will be music and refreshments a-plenty to help get you into the holiday party-slash-shopping spirit a little earlier than usual this year.
