Lacoste announced plans to release its latest add-on collection, a jewelry line, which the French sportswear company will debut during at its Spring 2011 runway show, this upcoming Fashion Week.
While pictures are not yet available, the line—an assortment of costume pieces in wood, acetate, resin and stainless steel—will retail between $30-$300.
The licensing deal with GL Bijoux marks the brand's latest move in what seems like an aggressive brand development strategy. Last month Lacoste also announced the launch of a new contemporary line, Lacoste Live.
The line will hit Lacoste stores and lacoste.com in February 2011.
