Fashion publicist Kelly Cutrone was already well-known as the founder of PR firm People's Revolution before she earned national fame for trademark blunt comments on MTV's "The Hills" and "The City," as well as her own show "Kell on Earth," but now it seems she's jumping over to the other side with the launch of a new fashion line.

The new sportswear label, The Electric Love Army, was created with with partner Robyn Berkley and Chris Burch, and will even boast its own freestanding stores, according to WWD. Cutrone described the line to the paper as "affordable and fun," aimed at women between 15-32.

The Electric Love Army apparently plans to play with pop culture references, with Cutrone using the cult classic film Fast Times at Ridgemont High as an example in her WWD interview: "You know that scene...where Phoebe Cates climbs out of the swimming pool and pops her bikini? That’s our girl."

Given the nature of Cutrone and her team at People's Revolution, from the reality show, "Kell on Earth" to Cutrone's current gig as a correspondent on Dr. Phil (and, quite frankly, from working with her), we're betting the line will be executed with the same fabulous-but-no-nonsense smarts.
