Brooklyn-based designer Mina Stone is a multi-tasking machine. When she's not making gorgeous, Greek-inspired sundresses or dip-dyeing yards of silk by hand, she's busy planning menus and shopping for unusual ingredients as a professional chef and caterer. It was abundantly appropriate, then, that the designer asked to meet at Union Square's famous farmer's market on a sunny Saturday morning.
