Shopping the Halston sample sale feels a little bit like rifling through the closet of the glamorous aunt you never had. The two-day event, featuring both wares by Halston and its lower-priced offshoot, Halston Heritage, was overflowing with sheer and colorful dresses and jumpsuits exuding a luxe, boho vibe.
