Ports 1961 recently changed hands from Tia Cibani to her sister, Fiona. For spring 2011, the label's latest collection is inspired by the desert.
The five initial looks adhere to a neutral, sandy-toned palette in both structured and flowing silhouettes. Tailored separates are vaguely accented with adventurer details, like jodpur stitching on skinny pants and a khaki safari one-piece shorts suit whose fabric we cannot wait to see.
Lines are asymmetrical and others, crisp and straight.
