Follow your nose to Diptyque's new Madison Avenue boutique, the latest of three perfume stores to open on a six-block stretch of Madison increasingly referred to as Aroma Ave.
The new Madison store will stock the same spectacularly expensive incredible-smelling candles and signature scents as the Bleecker boutique, but the opening coincides with the launch of a new addition to the brand: ultra-luxe body products. Inspired by the rambling global travels of Diptyque founders Knox-Leet, Yves Coueslant, and Christiane Gautrot, customers can indulge in the scent of Florence, Italy by adding a touch of Iris Oil to their hot bath, or experience Egyptian bliss with a slathering of fresh orange blossom body lotion.
