It's a beautiful Thursday morning, and lines are already gathering both for the Steven Alan sample sale (already under way) and the Costello Tagliapietra collection of dresses for Uniqlo that hit today.
Based on the initial look book, the minimalist frocks promise a new handful of summer options. The dresses have been available in Japan since April, but the summery pieces are just hitting U.S. racks today. We've mentally selected different styles -- lovely draped neutrals and the mod yellow mini are particular favorites -- but we'll provide a full report on how the pieces stand up in person.
