Chanel's Soho boutique at 139 Spring Street is undergoing more than just routine spring cleaning starting this week, so anyone seeking six-figure quilted bags, iconic jackets, and upscale sunglasses should head directly across Spring Street for its new temporary home.

Chanel's two-story, 10,700-square-foot summer house at 134 Spring Street has seen a musical chairs game of boutiques in recent months, hosting both the Limited pop-up shop and the Rug Company for temporary stints, but for the next few months, it will be a vacation home of sorts for the luxury brand, according to the Post. Who'll take over the massive space after that, however, remains up in the air.
