Encinitas-based e-commerce darling Bona Drag has just revealed its new look, featuring a cleaner, blockier visual, a herd of new labels (to be added to an already stellar roster that includes Iosselliani, She-Bible, and Mara Hoffman), and a revamped, Egyptian-inspired logo.
Followers of founder Heather Wojner’s glamorous wanderings will be happy to know that Bona Drag’s blog presence has also been amped up on the site. And in addition to login and wishlist features, we can now also get a closer look at the mixtapes sent out with every order. In the next few days, expect to see some hot new numbers by Obesity and Speed, and Pendleton Meets Opening Ceremony. Also on deck: Designer bios and features on "the ladies behind Bona Drag."
“The biggest focus for us is how we portray the products,” Wojner tells us, “so I created a platform where the emphasis of the design is the ever-changing photography, rather than a busy design in the background.”
