Bloomingdale's is certainly infiltrating the blogosphere - following the store's Apartment Therapy window design contest, the flagship is showcasing the work of "P.S. I Made This" DIY-craft blogger Erica Domesek's work alongside the new Helmut Lang collection.
Salvaging scraps from Helmut Lang's studio floor, Domesek created a line of jewelry in fabric and leather, and included instructions on how to do the same on her blog. (Note: it's much simpler than the Viktor + Rolf couture tutorial if you want to give it a shot).
The department store's first foray into window/blogosphere crossover came from the interior design contest windows with blog Apartment Therapy participating and critiques served in the form of comments by the public.
