The fall posters will be plastered throughout downtown neighborhoods, featuring Kravitz looking every part the rock royal daughter. Wang has also taken to video for the first time, showing off the Wall Street-inspired women's ready-to-wear collection with an abstract short starring Abbey Lee.
Wang likens the abstract video to the allure of a perfume ad, something allowing for a wide range of interpretation—the clip will be accessible across WWD, French Vogue, Love and Style.com, in addition to the designer's own website.
The new multimedia efforts represent the first significant push the designer's made in the advertising department. Truth be told, the spate of models and celebrities who loyally wear Wang's downtown-cool wares has, and will probably continue to be, Wang's best form of advertisement.
