J. Lo Sings “Louboutins”; Falls in Sneakers

If you've ever tried on (or frankly even seen) a pair of 5-inch Louboutins, you can understand how tricky they can be to master. Last night, Jennifer Lopez proved a different point while performing her new single "Louboutins" at the American Music Awards. Perhaps it was all the singing about putting on the super-high heels, but as we've all heard, the girl fell backwards on her much beloved booty after leaping off a human pyramid.

Unfortunately for Christian Louboutin, the sneaker tumble took all the attention away from the gorgeous lace platforms that the designer created especially for J. Lo's performance. In fact, once Lopez had the towering heels on, she seemed totally confident and comfortable -- perhaps a testament to how accustomed the average celebrity has become to wearing stilettos over, say, sneakers.

Cop J. Lo's style in your own black lace Louboutin's from Neiman Marcus, or if you'd prefer her sparkly sneaks, you can get similar styles here or here. Just avoid jumping off any human pyramids.
