Condé Nast May Head to 1 WTC

Although it feels like just yesterday that magazine publishing behemoth Condé Nast moved their sky-high-heeled selves into a shiny new and eco-friendly skyscraper in Times Square, business big wigs are contemplating relocating their fiefdom to the new World Trade Center Tower, The New York Times reports.

The glossy editors certainly spruced up the once-grimy, now practically glitzy (if not cheesy) neighborhood, and advocates of ground zero efforts are hoping they might do the same for them. At the very least, it might jump start some other leases in the former Freedom Tower at 1 World Trade Center.

Neither Condé Nast nor the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which controls the project, would comment.
