Daily Deal: Vintage Levi's at J. Crew

In a truly genius move, J. Crew snapped up the last remaining pairs of Levi's recent stock of "vintage" (i.e. styles made with the original 1873 techniques) and are now selling them at two of the brand's Manhattan locations.

The limited-edition run includes three different cuts -- the "Brain Dead" (1947), the "Barren Land" (1937), and the "Dead Stock" (1967), and while we'll admit they're pretty expensive (starting at $195), they're certainly unique. Plus, since now that this whole "boyfriend jean" trend is in full steam, why not actually go for the original? We would. If  we could get out of work and get downtown in time -- WWD reports there were between 40 and 110 pairs of each style last Thursday, so that means it's got to be down to the final few by now ...
