In a move sure to stymie more than a few in the style set, the Barneys Warehouse sale and Fall 2010 fashion week will kick off on the same day: Thursday, February 11th.
Barneys PR rep Timothy Elliott revealed the dates of the big bi-annual Warehouse Sale on Twitter this afternoon -- February 11th-28th on West 18th Street as usual. He neglected to mention, however, that the first week of the sale will perfectly overlap with fashion week, which runs February 11 - 18th.
It's hard to overemphasize the epic crunch this is going to cause among editors and fans of the style set overall -- frankly, we're so befuddled by the news we're not sure what to do with ourselves. There's even a holiday (Presidents' Day) and Valentine's Day in the middle of all of that. Sheesh.
