And with that, we breathe a big sigh of....meh.  Just when we thought Nicole Richie had proved naysayers wrong with the solid design of her House of Harlow line, she decides to partner with Bebe on a collection dropping November 6th online.  On the heels of the Kardashians.

We're perplexed.  Technically, one could argue that Nicole Richie and Kim Kardashian are famous for precisely the same reason, but Richie's just so...chic.  We would have thought a partnership with H&M, Mango or even Forever21 would be more appealing.  Yes, we know, who are we? The line may be great and sell for a great price, we should hold out to see - and one great thing we do know is that there's a keepsake bracelet whose proceeds will benefit the Richie-Madden Foundation for Children, which is awesome.

Maybe Bebe is the new Gap, or something...
